CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, 17 de octubre, (AlMomentoMX).— Esta semana, Great Place to Work (GPTW), ha dado a conocer el ranking 2019 de Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar 2019, en la categoría Diversidad e Inclusión; análisis en el participaron 100 empresas, mismas que fueron divididas en dos grupos: menos de 500 colaboradores y más de 500 colaboradores.
Una de las mexicanas incluidas dentro de dicho listado fue GINgroup, que preside el Dr. Raúl Beyruti Sánchez, empresario comprometido con la sociedad mexicana y quien ha enfocado sus esfuerzos en brindar la mejores herramientas e iniciativas para lograr una equidad con bienestar integral. GINgroup ha sido certificado dentro del ranking, posicionándose en el número 38 dentro del grupo ‘Más de 500 colaboradores’.
Para obtener la certificación como uno de Los Mejores Lugares Para Trabajar® e ingresar al listado, las organizaciones deben alcanzar y superar el porcentaje mínimo necesario en dos evaluaciones; por un lado, el Trust Index© y por otro, el Culture Audit©, de los cuales, la puntuación final del ranking está formada por un peso del 67% proveniente de la evaluación Trust Index© y el 33% del Culture Audit©.
La herramienta Culture Audit© documenta las prácticas, procesos, políticas e iniciativas de talento humano, y a través de 15 pasos o competencias culturales, el Instituto evalúa dichos elementos que aplica la organización con base a una metodología definida a nivel internacional y que toma en cuenta la variedad, originalidad, inclusión laboral, toque humano e integración que poseen las prácticas.
En el caso de GINgroup, una de las 100 empresas evaluadas, las prácticas sobresalientes fueron en términos de inclusión, en el que el 50% de sus colaboradores son hombres y 50% mujeres, además de las diferentes campañas de comunicación interna y proyección mediática nacional e internacional, talleres que impulsan la educación profesional, pláticas de bienestar integral, y políticas de desarrollo social, compartiendo entre sus colaboradores, la diversidad, inclusión y no discriminación.
El compromiso social que ejerce Beyruti Sánchez, de la mano de sus más de 195,000 colaboradores, es una responsabilidad que se practica en todas las ciudades donde opera GINgroup, siempre garantizando la calidad de vida de la sociedad mexicana.
