MORELIA, MICH., 22 de enero (AlmomentoMX).– Gracias a la voluntad política que hay en Michoacán se ha logrado abatir en un 67 por ciento el delito del secuestro, expresó la presidenta de la Asociación Civil Alto al Secuestro, Isabel Miranda de Wallace por lo que celebró el interés que el gobierno del estado, encabezado por Silvano Aureoles Conejo, ha puesto para atender este tema.
Lo anterior en el marco de la clausura del curso “Técnicas de Investigación Especializada en Secuestro”, en la que el gobernador Silvano Aureoles Conejo aseguró que en Michoacán se le hace frente a uno de los delitos más dolorosos de la sociedad. “Nos alientan los resultados que se han obtenido”.
Sin embargo, el mandatario estatal destacó que el papel de la sociedad en la lucha contra la delincuencia es fundamental para abatirlo.
Expresó que prueba de los resultados es la desarticulación de 16 bandas dedicadas al secuestro en el municipio de Uruapan, por mencionar algunos, y destacó el trabajo que han desarrollado las áreas competentes, misma que “obedece a la vocación, al compromiso, a la motivación y la satisfacción al ver los resultados. La satisfacción de cumplir con un deber”.
De igual manera, Silvano Aureoles refirió que de manera mensual sostiene reuniones con el titular de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), José Martín Godoy Castro, así como con el titular de la Unidad Especializada de Combate al Secuestro (UECS), Rodrigo González Ramírez, con el objetivo de revisar los avances, además de la capacidad institucional.
Aseguró que lo anterior es para que Michoacán siga contando con la mejor Unidad Antisecuestros del país, por lo que pidió a quienes la integran seguir capacitándose.
En su oportunidad, la presidenta de la Asociación Civil Alto al Secuestro, Isabel Miranda celebró los logros que Michoacán ha tenido en materia de secuestro, por ello consideró se debe aprender de las buenas prácticas y de lo que sí está funcionando. “Como Sociedad Civil nos hacen recuperar la confianza en que las cosas pueden cambiar”.
Asimismo, reconoció el esfuerzo realizado por el Gobierno del Estado para contar con una UECS, gracias a lo cual “se ha logrado abatir en un 67 por ciento el delito del secuestro, eso habla del esfuerzo realizado por el Gobernador”.
El procurador general de Justicia del Estado, José Martín Godoy, refirió que el compartir experiencias contribuye a mejorar los protocolos de atención y persecución del delito, tarea en la que el Gobierno del Estado está comprometido.
La coordinadora Nacional Antisecuestro, Patricia Bugarin Gutiérrez, manifestó que dichas capacitaciones son resultado de la coordinación entre los diferentes órdenes de Gobierno. “Tengan la seguridad de que la estrategia nacional antisecuestro está sólida”.
El comisario de la Policía Nacional Francesa y Agregado de Seguridad Interior de la Embajada de Francia, Fabien Ines agradeció el trabajo y el interés que se tiene para fortalecer la seguridad pública y abundó que en este tipo de cursos se comparten experiencias de dos países: Francia y México, pero también de las entidades.
Es importante destacar que el curso “Técnicas de Investigación Especializada en Secuestro” fue impartido por la Policía Nacional Francesa y la Coordinación Nacional Antisecuestro (Conase), dirigido a integrantes de las Unidades Especializadas del Combate al Secuestro de diversas entidades.
En dicho curso participaron 15 estados del país que cuentan con Unidades Especializadas, como fueron: Ciudad de México, Baja California, Colima, Jalisco, Querétaro, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tamaulipas, Zacatecas, Campeche, Durango, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Veracruz y Michoacán, con el objetivo de fortalecer la colaboración internacional a través de capacitación e intercambio de experiencias en manejo de crisis y negociación de rehenes.
